3. Our Customer Support will review and process the exchange once approved. Kindly wait for the e-mail confirmation.
Exchange policy is voided if :
1. The warranty period has elapsed.
2. Malfunction or damage due to negligence during use.
3. A malfunction or damage occurs due to natural disasters.
4. Damage occurs after a non-authorized A/S center is used to repair the product.

Hori7on album is absolutely great but plusx is definitely the worst why delay of the shipment of the album December 2023 to January 2024 No updates about the pre order album the admin of their social media is responsive but she gives different answers to us when we asked her about the update jan 16, 2024 she said the shipment is still ongoing all the remaining album will be shipped within this week and there is some problem about the courier but my co anchor did not received the album we reached out again our concern and your staff response is if not this week expect within this week your customer service is very disappointing And please sana lagi kayo may back up plan and option para kung magkaaberya man may solution na kayo paano kung ganun number palang ng order di niyo na kaya icater paano pa sa future paano kayo makikipagsabayan sa mga competitor niyo i hope next time sa next purchased namin sa shop niyo okay na thank you!

HORI7ON FRIEND-SHIP ALBUM
The HORI7ON Friend-SHIP album is such a high-quality album. The photobook has great quality photos of all members (solo and altogether) with great concepts. There is also a random student ID card, ID picture and photocard, which are collectibles, as well as the high-quality poster and lyrics book. But most especially, the CD. It has 7 solo songs (1 per member) which are exclusive to the physical CD, and not available anywhere else. And of course, all the songs sounds good. Looking forward for more HORI7ON albums in the future!
