Pick-up/Claiming Guidelines:
1. Queue at the designated area dedicated to the PLUSX Merch Booth.
2. Present your Order Confirmation Email with the Order Number and ID to the PLUSX staff. Authorized representatives must also present the additional requirements: an authorization letter and the authorizer's ID.
3. Claim your BGYO Merch and sign the receiving form.

Return and Exchange Policy
1. Take a VALID PROOF video (as stated above) as soon as your order is delivered.

3. Our Customer Support will review and process the exchange once approved. Kindly wait for the e-mail confirmation.
Exchange policy is voided if :
1. The warranty period has elapsed.
2. Malfunction or damage due to negligence during use.
3. A malfunction or damage occurs due to natural disasters.
4. Damage occurs after a non-authorized A/S center is used to repair the product.

BGYO LIGHTSTICK
The first unit I ordered worked but the colors were not accurate, though at that time, I though they were, so I ordered another unit for my sister. The morning of Hallyuween (3 weeks after I got the item), the red light stopped working. But PlusX was very accommodating and I was able to get approval for a replacement. 2nd unit came and it was working perfectly. The replacement to the first unit took awhile and I had to do a follow-up, but everything's great now. Our light sticks have accurate light colors! I would have preferred the handle to be slimmer and in gold color, but I love the cushioned box.
