Your purchase is NON-REFUNDABLE. For damaged items, an exchange is subject to strict review. We do not accept cancellations, returns, and exchanges due to ordering mistakes. 

Upon checkout, please make sure that you use your full legal name as stated on your government-issued ID and complete address with house number, street name, Barangay (for Philippine residents), and Zip code. Failure to provide this information on your shipping details will result in to delay of your order shipment.

VALID PROOF: Film an unboxing video with enough light and a clear camera setting. Start recording from the attached waybill on the courier pouch, and open each packaging carefully until all items are shown clearly. If there are damage concerns, please refer to the Exchange Policy below:

Exchange Policy
1. Take a VALID PROOF video (as stated above) once your order is delivered. 
2. Submit your VALID PROOF to MERCHANDISE@SUEZPH.COM within 2 days of receiving your order WITH EMAIL SUBJECT:  (Please see the Product Page to see this detail)
3. Our Customer Support will review and process the exchange once approved. Kindly wait for the e-mail confirmation.

Exchange policy is voided if:
1. The warranty period has elapsed.
2. Malfunction or damage due to negligence during use.
3. A malfunction or damage occurs due to natural disasters.
4. Damage occurs after a non-authorized A/S center is used to repair the product (for electronics).
